new albums on the horizon?
 

are there any new albums you guys are real excited for? Im a die hard new music fan- i have respect but not much use for the old and classic music.. so anything coming up your lookin forward to? Personally im stoked for the new mars volta album- that should be nothing short of brilliant.

and on a side note have u guys felt let down by any new albums?
Im thinking coldplays new one, cave in's and even radiohead's latest - which was good, but in no way on par with their past work... whatcha think?

I'm most psyched for Radiohead's new one ("Hail to the Thief", June 10). I'm also intrigued by Metallica's new one ("St. Anger", also June 10) as the stuff I've heard from it is the hardest Metallica music since "...And Justice For All"

And btw, I think the latest Coldplay disc is fantastic

Led Zepellin has a DVD coming out of live concert footage which should be great.Gonna be nice to see some vintage clips of music back when people knew how to play instruments.

^i heard about that its gonna be awesome but its gonna cost like $90 and its gonna be 5 and a half hours long

any street date on the zepellin DVD ??? that's gonna be awesome!!!

enigma 5 should come out late this year... Im excited but there hasn't been much offical word.

I'm not really up-to-date on new releases...

I think the Dandy Warhols album came out in the UK today, and I like them so I might get that if I see it.

I'm really looking foward to the new Arch Enemy due out in August - Wages of Sin kicked, I have a feeling this is going to be their best one yet.

i pre-ordered it from amazon.com, $22.49 -- um, you didn't really think they would sell a $90 DVD, did you? :D

there's a three CD set and then there's a special edition with DVD's in addition to the CD's. i've seen the CD's alone for $20, and the DVD/CD set for $30-$35. should be good stuff, recorded in '72 just before HOTH was released.
