props to sanford and son. stevie wonder's harp and quincy jones producing, that jam is where it is at.
the theme to S.W.A.T was wicked cool too. and of course, the oscar winning theme to shaft. The Mary Tyler Moore Show theme is an awesome song. Bob Mould of Husker Du covered it brilliantly. We used to play it in a band I was in sometimes as an encore and everyone would leave the bar singing "you're gonna make it after all."

TV: NFL Primetime, they should release a CD with the music from the show. I would actually go out and spend $20 on it.
Video Game: Tecmo Super Bowl Movie: Mission Impossible

One day an Englishman, a Scotsman, and an Irishman walked into a pub together. They each bought a pint of Guinness. Just as they were about to enjoy their creamy beverage, three flies landed in each of their pints. The Englishman pushed his beer away in disgust. The Scotsman fished the fly out of his beer and continued drinking it, as if nothing had happened. The Irishman, too, picked the fly out of his drink but then held it out over the beer and yelled "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT, YOU BASTARD!" |

For TV shows, it's a toss up between Beavis and Butthead and Batman (the 90s animated series... best when actually seeing the opening sequence; the music just flowed with the pictures so well).
For video games, Monkey Island 1 & 2 get my vote.
