I would suggest Pennywise or the Vandals. Both of them are fucking great.
I've always been a Operation Ivy/Rancid kind of guy, if you haven't tried them, that's first on my list. Then it goes Bouncing Souls Dropkick Murphys there's a ton of punk bands out there that are good, those are off the top of my head, let me think about this and come back.

I have to agree with the Pennywise recommendation. I also really like the Aquabats. My boy introduced me to them. They have a nice surfer/punk sound.
The Queers are great also. Some of my friends that really get into punk listen to Guttermouth a lot. I like it pretty well. =D Reggie and the Full Effect, Sunny Day Real Estate - emo/punk...good stuff, IMO. Fat Wreck Chords is a great label, check out some peeps on Lookout Records. I haven't really spent a whole lot of time listening to NOFX, but these are some of the better punk bands I've heard. ...Oh yeah, on an afternote, try the Ziggens.

Everyone has said pretty much what I'd suggest. The only ones I can think to add would be 30footfall and the Vandals. They're both pretty Nofx-esque.

Guttermouth is pretty much a NoFX rip off. They don't have the full ballsy sound that NoFX does though. But silly lyrics and ball busting speed.
The thing about N0FX is there music is so over produced you're gonna have a hard time matching their sound. Are you just looking for bands in the same spirit or bands with the same style?

Fat Mike isnt in Propagandhi. They are silly canucks.
Vandals are similar to NOFX. But I cant find someone that fits that mold. Could be that Fat Mike is a God.
