Cielito Lindo, the traditional Latin tune, especially the old Pedro Infante version is definitely one of my faves. If you understand the lyrics, they're beautiful! But the song is great even if you have no idea what's being said.

Andrea Bocelli's Le Misere - It just floored me the first time I heard it, even though I don't know Italian well enough to understand the whole thing. Still gets me every time
