A question about PINK FLOYD!
 

Ok, does anybody know anything about the up and coming Pink Floyd tour, where they will be playing dark side in its entirety. Im wondering if Roger Waters is back with the group or what exactly the deal is.

I would love to see the entire group together; in the studio then on a tour to support a new CD - but I don't think that will ever happen.

Um, I don't know where you got that info, but it's not happening. To my knowledge there has not been any talk of possibly reuniting except from hopeful fans. Some of the members did get together briefly last year at the funeral of former manager Steve O-Rourke to play 2 songs, but that was it.

Believe me, if was any talk of a tour I would be so damn excited!! Plus, I don't really see David and Roger ever working things out. It appears Rogers' reconciled with the other guys, but him and David still have some major issues. And Roger has an awful lot of his own stuff to work on, what with the new rock album this summer and "Ca Ira".

I think you're talking about the Pink Floyd Experience which is a cover band from New Zealand. Apparently they're pretty good, my friend saw them here in Toronto at Massey Hall and said it was just as good as the real thing. If you're even close to here, they have another show March 11. Son of a bitch, I heard the commercial on t.v. and didnt get to actually see the commercial. Turns out its the Austrilian Pink Floyd Show, another tribute thing doing the whole DSOTM album. My hopes were greater than my common sense.
