Hummer Song???

I was wondering if anyone knows the name to the song in the Hummer Commercial where the little kid makes a soap box hummer and races it....

there is a line in the song that goes something like

"and they couldn't stop Jack from being happy"

I liked this song and cant seem to get that one line out of my head and was wondering if this is a song just for this commerical or if it was a song that I could find on CD somewhere...
