Gimme an opinion on this song please (about relationship goin downhil)
 

I couldnt list it as a .mp3 so just save it or rename to .mp3 and play it with winamp or whatever...This is my friends song called Decending Relations and its about how when u first date how great things are, but as time goes on towards a breakup, it starts to go downhil and suck! Give me some opinions please, they have only really had locals hear it so far... thanks

That's a pretty good song. I REALLY like the last verse. Excellent job on the wording there, and I like the added bit at the end where he holds out the "yooouuuu"(in the blank spot that they teased you with on the first 2 verses by not singing anything there). So, lyrically, it's pretty good. Musically, I was finding myself wanting to hear some more distinct changes between the bridge, refrain, and verses, but it works out good the way it is. Overall, I would definately give it a good listening to. Good job, and thumbs up! :) Work a good guitar hook in there, and you've got yourself a single. :)

Hey, good lyrics overall, but the delivery needs some work. Not to be too critical, but i thought your friends' voice was kind of whiny and nasally at times. Guitar was kind of boring too, might want to throw in some more riffs or possibly a solo instead of just powerchords. Good luck!

cool, thanks for the replies. They have only been together about a year. And that year counts them learning guitar, bass, drums. They just "decided" lets make a band, it'd be fun...and learned on their own and if they keep progressing they could have something really good i think!!!!! thanks again
