King Crimson - Level Five (The Power to Believe version)
Oh boy, do I get emotional feedback from this song (and the entire album, in fact). I went to their New York concert when they were doing the Power to Believe tour. Sat like two rows from the stage. Some people think Crimson is dead. Boy are they wrong. This is one of the most skillfull bunch of musicans I've heard. Fripp still got it, Belew is amazing, and that new guy, Trey Gunn, is totally awesome - its just something you have to see live. The man puts on a show. Mark these words. King Crimson are virtuosos at what they do. Definitely different, and in a good way.

American Head Charge - Song for the suspect
It's a local band from Minneapolis, I like it cause it has a vibe that can give the illusion of traveling at a high speed. somewhat heavy, dark, and energetic. I also dig songs with piano in them. I have this on my mp3 player for when I go out for a ride on my bike. Last edited by LivingDead; 07-22-2003 at 09:07 PM.. |
