i heard them on the local college station, i just today got thier cd, i LOVE it...
the song "until the end of the world" is what got me into them.... if you dig electronica, and you don't know who they are, check them out... thing is, i never heard of them, and they have 11 or so cds, some videos, etc.. anyone else listen to them? am i the last guy to jump on this bandwagon?

apop are huge in the synthpop world.. i think i have about 7 CDs.
Harmonizer is definitely one of their best efforts, and Welcome to Earth is right up there. Look it up. http://www.digitalgunfire.com for more music like it.

Yeah I'm in fairly in love with Apop. They were the progenitors of the Future Pop sub-genre of EBM, along with VNV Nation and Covenant of course. I’m going to have to mirror Halx and say that Harmonizer and Welcome to Earth are indeed their best albums. That last album was fairly decent. More SynthRock than EBM though… I need them to do EBM again, or else life is meaningless…or something to that extent.
I was kind of upset however when I found out that on my favourite Apop song “Starsign” all of the programming was done by Andy LaPlegua of Combichrist and Icon of Coil. I love him, but it was still a let down to me that Stephan didn’t write it.
