Music Compression Question
My Friend was able to put a ton(100) of mp3 onto a single cd, I'm only able to put 10-21 on them..
What kind of software does that? And how is that done? PS. no lose of quality for me. I took his cd and downloaded on to my hard-drive, and was only able to put 10-21 on my cd afterwards..as a note Thankx for any-help..

Well it sounds like you are not actually burning mp3 to disk. Check to see if your files are actually mp3 or wave files. If you can play the cd in a normal cd player (like your car player) then they are in wave format. Dependiong on whatever software you use to burn to disk you may have to change your settings. To save mp3 to cd as mp3's you want to save them as "data" files instead of music files. Otherwise it will convert the mp3 to wave.
That sounds like it may be your problem. |

Thank you folks! So I was able to copy tons of mp3 onto a cd disk, and it plays on my dvd player and computer perfectly. Now I found, one of my older radio/cd players doesn't like it..And I'll check to see if my car radio does, they say its mp3 able..
Thankx for the help.
