Opinions on the Suzuki Aerio?
I'm looking at getting a new car, and want something small and efficient, but still quick and agile. A friend of mine owns a Suzuki dealership and has offered me the best financing of any of the places I've been to.
I've driven the Aerio and really like it. I just wondered if anyone else here has had any experiences with them or owns one.

No personal experience, but I do like the wagon version. The AWD is tempting if they offer it w/ a 5 speed. If that car appeals to you tho, I'd also look at the Kia Spectra5 - very similar vehicle but no AWD option.
The only real issues I've heard w/ them is that the engines aren't particularly refined or economical, and the fit/finish is about what you'd expect for the price point. |

I worked at a Suzuki dealer 6 months ago. While I was there my brother bought a Aerio SX. He's been pretty happy with it. No complaints. In the short time I delt with Suzuki cars they seemed very solid. You could never point to a specific problem that Suzuki had with any of their cars. Their drivetrains I'd say are very well built. True about them not having the best milage.
