i was going down the highway in vallejo... there was a truck in front of me, and a car in front of him...the car decided to stop and turn into a motel about 4 ft infront of the truck in front of me, with no brake lights or turn signal...the guy in front of me stopped and my light truck just slid, so i tried to turn and the wheel just slid on the curb, guiding me straight into the back of him

Well at least you have insurance and its not your fault. As you know i'm on my 5th deer, and just have liability, sucks piecing together your car with a little money. Hopefully you'll get it sorted out and the blame will be put on the proper people.

i know in Texas if you rear end somebody, no matter what they did you are at fault for not keeping enough distance behind them...

that wasnt even my work truck, it was another guys that i drive on saturdays because it's an automatic :x

Looks like other guy is in need of another truck :)
