Hey, y'all...look at this!

The car isn't clean, and needs some good paint work. Should really be repainted, although a good buff, and polish would help immensely, I'm sure. But, that's my baby.

Sorry 'bout that...down due to high volume traffic, according to Homestead. I need to find better image hosting.

Well, remember, I didn't do the work. I wish I could have, but it was more than I could have done in my garage, with my level of experience, and tools. The guy that did it was great, and did a good job. It needs to be tuned, now. The engine isn't completely stock, and the PCM that drives it all is for a even more highly modified engine than mine, so it's rich, and a few other things.

I'm seeing more and more a trend for ppl tricking out 4-door sedan family cars, IMHO it's cheesy as hell (4 doors just doesn't say "go fast" in my opinion). However considering the effort and thought put in to it, it's pretty nice. Going back to my previous thought whats the next trend gonna be? People putting 5-speed manuals into late model cadillacs?

Hehehe...yeah, a fast four door? Who'd think it? And that is precisely the point. They call it a sleeper. As for a 5-speed in a late model Cadillac, look no further than the CTS. Four doors, rear drive, and a 5M transmission.

Yeah, that's the idea. Just like you wouldn't expect a Plymouth Reliant to have a 440 and be RWD. I think there was also a video of a RWD Focus with a 351 posted here a while ago.

And the comedy option: http://www.cwstuning.com/gallery/alb...shot.sized.jpg

Crazy

Ah, the Coupe DeGolf, cool stuff.
And this. It's not RWD, and it's not a 440, but it's 444hp.
Maybe you have to have been a 17 year old stuck driving dad's old K car to think that's cool, but that was me.

The end of the world is coming, all the signs are here lol...Not sleeper anymore everyone is doing it. Mainly because the insurance is cheaper they have money for parts. The next gen sleeper is probably gonna be the 2-door coupes like the mustang, that 4-door ain't gonna expect the 2-door to be modded. It'll probably never happen but just a thought, but all you 4-door sleepers wait for my sleeper truck (yea they have em already but their ain't many) the next truck you pull up to could possibly smoke you.

WTF that northstar is crammed in there, where the hell is the trans? Honestly I understand the sleeper concept but if I had any performance car and was at a stop light next to that I wouldn't even think about racing, I'd be thinking about how crappy it is or how much time and money was wasted in keeping it around. Suffice to say racing would be last thing on my mind so he can gun it if he wants, I'll still be at the light in a daze that the thing still runs.

Damn, thats a nice clean install, still gonna get those headers? Me and my roomie are planning on getting a pre 97 grand prix and turbo on a l36 engine. Hopefully the swap will go easy. How much did the guy charge for doing the swap?

I'd like headers. Need to get things completely sorted first, though. Then probably I'll stick a complete exhaust under it.
