The lights stay on.
 

95 Taurus. The dome lights and door panel lights stay on after the door is shut, Sometimes for an hour or more. Can someone tell me if there is a relay or something that controls the lights? Thanks for any help.

Could be a door lock. I know my Olds has a similiar problem, but the door switch is actually in the lock itself. In my case, it's the passenger front door. Shutting it harder fixes it.
