Pagsta mini motorcycle
 

Does anyone know anything about these. I saw some at a show and they cost about $2200-$2800, depending on the size engine you get ( either 49cc or 97cc ). From my understanding, these are the only ones that are DOT approved and come from a reputable company, as they are sold at reputable motorcycle dealers.

My experience on motorcycles is limited to occasional minibikes and no bigger than a 125cc dirt/street bike, and it has been about 10 years since I rode one. And I will never own a true motorcycle as I don't want to get myself killed on one. I don't have the skill to ride one, but I really don't trust the other drivers on the road.

But, these things look like so much fun, and I figure I can get my kicks just riding it around my neighborhood. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Looks like a alot of fun, but the price is wrong IMO.

The 100cc one is probably regulated in your area ( most states state that 50cc bikes are unregulated...) but you could probably get away without registering/insuring...

Lifan looks like they have a good product, a rather usable dirt/street bike that looks like it would be fun. I'm partial to dirtbikes in general though, so Your Mileage May Vary.
