Possible to know P.Os of my car?

Just found out my car has internal unibody damage, I need to find out (need a list) of the previous owners, how do I go about that?

Carfax, DMV registration files...that kind of thing. All you should need is a VIN.

Carfax didn't give me names 2 years ago, should I try again?
If not I'll call the DMV tomorrow

The DMV should be able to tell you what you need.

Carfax will tell you how many previous owners, but not the names. Call the DMV, they can help you out.

Damn internal Unibody damage isn't good at all, I remember I had a 87 Caprice Classic that had been rearended and the guy that hit the car only hit the trailer hitch, so the frame on both sides where cracked to rat shit!, but I never though to check on it to see what really happened, but the car is gone now, the engine drank oil like gas and the carb was done(had to pump gas 50 times before car would fire).
