Broken CD Changer, won't eject discs
 

2002 Mustang with an in-dash 6 disc changer (Mach 460 Sound System), and now it won’t eject any of the discs. I’ll hit eject, select a disc, and hear the motor running but nothing happening. Or I'll hold down the eject button to get it to start spitting out all the discs one after the other and I'll hear the motor grinding away but still nothing happens. I’ve tried a number of different searches on google, but to no avail. Short of ripping out the dash and taking apart the CD changer, what can I do to get these discs out?

Well, needle nose pliers wouldn’t fit so I used a hairpin; all 6 discs are now scratched. Anyone else ever encounter this kind of problem?

Probably need to take it to the dealer, they'll pull the changer, send it in for repair, and they'll take the CD's out, and send them back.

On a 2002...isn't that still under warranty anyways?
