What ride you have (for real)

Hey,
I just wanna find out what you have for rides. With your ages and where you come from , mods on your car, $$$ put in it and the futur of your ride.

Ill go first.

Im 20, I live in Canada Quebec, still in school and wanna go south after everything is done.

My baby is a Acura Integra 1995 RS. I got it in june of 2003
with no major mods, altezza lights , front lip and a medium sound system (pioneer, 12inch sub).

Future:

17inches rims, full body lip and maybe a computer chip,
but I would like some info on that chip if anyone can tell me if I can put it on a stock motor or if i gotta change the headers and/or the exaust on it.

My car is a 1982 Plymouth reliant. And i hate it.

however, Death, if you are looking for speed out of your car. don't expect much. And no offense, you're car sounds very riced out, and you're planning on more...

If you're serious about speed, or performance, either look to get a GSR if you must stay with an acura, or get a DSM(eclipse/talon/laser) Just make sure its turbocharged w/ AWD. and yes, that was my unwanted .02

well I used to have 2 cars, my avitar and a 2003 Dakota Quad Cab, I sold my avitar though. I am 30 and from Atlanta, GA

I'd love to put the cams and intake from the h.o. 4.7L v8 on my 4.7 b/c my engine is 230hp and the h.o. version is 270hp

Then I'd put a kenne bell supercharger on it

Right now I have a '99 BMW M3. Haven't done too much to it, though. Clear lights all around and Euro headlights. Still love the car but I'm thinking about moving on. If I can wait I'd love the new Aston Martin DB8 when it finally emerges. If I can't wait, then I'm digging the new 6 series.

don't bother chipping your integra until you do something that would require the chip, such as forced induction. Spend your money elsewhere, such as suspension, tires, brakes, intake/header/exhaust, etc.

BTW, take the top half of your airbox off, then mount a piece of plexiglass vertically between the air box and the engine, and you'll find you've gained more power. The stock intake before the filter in the integra loops through the fender in a weird french horn shaped tube. You lost a lot doing it that way.

I've got two cars. Both still stock, really. The first is a 1997 Olds Cutlass Supreme 4-door. It's got a pathetic 3100 V6 in it. Car's got 126,7xx miles on it. It's slated for an engine swap this spring...to a modified GM supercharged 3800 drivetrain. Should be good for a 120+ hp increase over what I have now.

The other car is a 1992 Pontiac Grand Prix SE 2-door. It's got the 3.4 DOHC V6. It's equipped with the HUD, too. That's cool. That car will stay as-is, I think, unless I change the timing belt, and modify the cam timing. I suppose I'll do a custom exhaust as well, since the cat is plugged.

I forgot to say that i removed the stock intake. New intake but not the long AEM one. Its only sitting on the top and every one that test drive my integ find it growls to loud. But I got that Tim Taylor syndrom ... more sound? well MORE POWER ... i dyno tested it and came ou with 160hp?!?! I think the last owner played with the pistons and cams not sure still its not the gsr motor.

By the way are those chips on EBAY worth buying? 20$ ?!?!

and i like your rides ppl. keep em coming

20, male, West Virginia, at school in Athens, OH.

I've got my driver, a '98 Mustang, basically stock with a glass pack and a chrome tip (a real welded one, not the cheaper kind) just because I couldn't leave it TOTALLY stock. I'm painting it, slapping on some rims, and dropping in a system (and maybe a bigger engine) as soon as I get my shop up and running.

My baby, however, is a 1992 Chevy S10 X-cab. It was once black, but it's mostly primer now since I've been doing some bodywork (both custom and repair work) trying to get it ready. It's got airride, shaved side mirrors, a basic straight pipe exhaust dumping behind the cab, and a molded rearend right now. By summer, it'll hopefully have 20" rims, suicide doors, a new system, a new interior (I stripped it so I could do some fiberglass work), Cadillac taillights (just looking for the time to weld in the buckets), and a fully shaved exterior, covered up in a custom House of Kolors paintjob. I wouldn't be able to afford much new stuff at all (college and such) if I wasn't opening a shop sometime in the spring. I bought it at a slightly high price when I was fifteen, and have probably sunk about 15x it's current book value into it since then. But, it's well worth it to me, since it always has been and always will be my baby...even if it could use a new engine.

Nice cars, everyone!

Its a 1987 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4x4 manual w/ 4.0L. Totally stock. Almost entirely original parts...so suspension is pretty much in need of every bushing, balljoint, and bearing in need of being replaced. Love the car to death though. The darn thing just wont die. Rock solid, and still goes offroad and tears up many a newer car.

Future plans : Keep it running. Maybe when i start workin and get some money ill replace the worn suspension parts, and get a new pair of shocks, spring, and maybe tires. After that....save for when the engine dies i guess.

Ehh....just ignore those liscence plates Not really worries about anything on thise old of a car...

Yup...got a few miles on it. Put on a few thousand more since then.

And lastly...i dont really have any pics of myself offroad...this is nothing, but the best i got.

So far no mods on it. The car already comes pretty well loaded up anyways.

Future will probly just be some new tail lights, nothing else really needs improvement. That is until I have the desire for a car that goes 200 mph

I drive a 1982 Chevy RV Style Van(it doesn't have a rasied roof)It just has the couch that folds into a bed for good humping

and blinds...

I want to drop about $4000(CDN) into the body then work on the engine(which needs a Cam and carb), then work onthe interior.

This van probally has close to 300,000Km oh her now, but the last to dash cluster have shorted out do to shit wiring so iot says 174K but thats not right.

Front:

Back:

The Back Bench/Couch:

Furture:
- New Body Work
- Rebuilt Motor
- Restored Interior
- New 17 or 19 inch rims
- Tinted windows(the mirror type)
- New Front Windshield
- New steering wheel
- New Stero System(right now got a new Kenwood Deck[staying] with 2 10 inch JL subs and a Rockford Fosgate Amp) - Upgradeing to 2 15 inch Rockford Fosgate Subs(400 Watts) and a 900 RF Amp.
- Lower it about 1 to 3 inchs for better handling

Total cost is in the 10,000(cdn) dollar range and its going to take about 3years or more to do it all.

NOTE: Pictures coming this spring and on so you can see the progress.

A 73 CUDA. It was my granpdas old car that was sitting in his garage for like 20 years, and he gave it to me when I was 15. I restored it and love it like no other car. I don't think I will ever get rid of it. I might get a more economic car later in life - since the Cuda gets 7 1/2 mpg and has a tank the size of a peanut.

2.3 OHC turbo 4-banger running 18 psi (up from 15 psi /190hp factory), computer controlled suspension, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes, 5-speed manual, automatic everything including high beam dimmer.

Pretty damn cool for a 16 year old car! I wish American car companies were still that innovative. I've been thinking of getting a new car, but I really like my T-Bird and it just won't die. Plus it's fun to see the look on the drivers' faces when their nice new car gets outrun by a big old 4-cylinder Ford. Did that to a ~2000 Maxima a few weeks ago.

Best part is, I paid $1200 for it 3 years ago.
