ive got some screw holes id like to fill with weld but i dont have a welder and was wondwering if any one could recomend a good wire feed welder for welding up holes and also welding on motor mounts

If your only going to buy the welder for this, don't just have a freind with a welder do it. If you REALY want your own welder, shop around for a Lincoln. Its expensive, but ti'll pay off. Also, Aside from the cost of the welder, you must also pay for a helmet and gas. If your welding all steel, you'll need to buy argon, which gets expensive fast. When you go to buy a helmet, shell out the good money and buy one of the automatic ones, you'll thank yourself later.
