Turbocharging a Jetta?
 

First off, I have a 2003 Jetta GLS, with the 2 liter engine and 4 speed automatic. I'm wondering what my options are as far as turbo/supercharging. The only official VW performance part I've found is basically an exhaust tip which promises a small increase in power, which I'm kind of considering, since it's within my Christmas budget, but if I have better options I'm willingto save up. Can anyone help with this?

I'm confused on how they can say adding something to the end of the exhaust will "add" power?
