Any IS300 owners out there?
I just got the car I've wanted for the last couple years, a brand new '04 Lexus IS300, graphite gray, black all-leather interior, e-shift. Got it for 29,500 plus tax, lic., fees. It is such a nice ride. Very smooth and great handling. Are there any other IS owners here on TFP?

I don't have an IS300, but my family's last 4 cars have been lexus (aunt: rx300, dad: sc430, mom: ls430, me: lx470)

I don't have an IS300. They seem like fairly nice cars though. However, I think that all the other cars in Lexus' line are shit compared to other brands.

I'm the proud owner of a 2001 green is300. This is a bitchin' car! Fun to ride, responsive, smooth and enough power to have a blast! I also got eshift though I don't use it much. I was going for a mazda protegé :lol: but I found this one instead. About 20000$ canadian with repairs.

As far as luxury and dependibility, *maybe*.
For the money you spend on Lexus, you can buy some real german engineering. Benz, BMW, Audi, which IMO, are a WHOLE lot nicer then anything Lexus or Toyota makes. |

Wish I was an owner I would go for a Yellow standard transmission model if I had my choice. My family has been Toyota owners forever always been good cars. I am still driving the 1982 Toyota 4x4 that my dad bought new and I bought from him.

IS300's are great cars...........they have high potential and very mod friendly.
I would have bought one but the snow here suks. |
