there is a vid clip the kid has on another forum i'm on, but it's been 404'd so i don't know what happening with it. From what I hear it tops out 95-105mph.
When the person rode it (in the vid) he had on a motorcycle helmet, didn't fall though (luckily for him) |

Look again. It's not a stock formula. It has nitrous. He purges the nitrous at the beginning of the race. Nitrous comes stock on zero cars produced currently. I am not convinced this is actually a "real" race though, because 100 mph sounds about 60 mph too fast for any scooter...
