ledhead 11-04-2003 08:19 PM

looks very nice, better have a bitchen v8.

Moonduck 11-04-2003 08:55 PM

That's a Holden emblem, right? Looks like something they'd build.

hahaha 11-04-2003 09:16 PM

Looks cool, but i don't think thats a Honda Emblem, looks more like a peugot(sp). I would drive it. Im surprised that its RHD, looks like it should be made in america.

stingc 11-04-2003 09:32 PM

Yeah I think its Holden (not Honda hahaha - its an Aussie brand). Looks cool.

ElwoodBlues 11-04-2003 09:36 PM

Its definately a holden. HSV is their performance branch. That model is The HSV Maloo R8

Holden=Pontiac
As a matter of fact, Pontiac just took a holden and its the new GTO with a vette motor crammed into it for a limited run production model, coming soon.

acpower 11-05-2003 03:25 AM

austrailians.. what will they think of next

Spyder_Venom 11-05-2003 07:16 AM

That car has been out for quite some time actually. It is a holden..

Although people need to learn the GTO is not a rebadged Monaro

Cynthetiq 11-05-2003 08:45 AM

sharp looking....

it would look neat to see it come stateside.

thadon 11-05-2003 08:53 AM

that is a sweet mino

Mill 11-05-2003 09:31 AM

I'd take it over the new Chevy SSR.

Scorps 11-05-2003 09:52 AM

It looks nie but chevy needs to build one for it to be the real El Camino.

Peryn 11-05-2003 10:21 AM

Looks like the SSR quite a bit. I think they look ass ugly in pictures, but in real life it looks pretty sweet.

Australia, being at the bottom of the world, has more gravity, hence extra breaks are needed.

BooRadley 11-07-2003 07:46 AM

.2 CUBIC FEET OF CARGO SSPACE ! MARVEL AT ITS STUPIDITY!

Dead pedal for your clutch foot. I think they are kinda nice and i miss them in cars that dont have them. Not a big deal by any means, but i minor convenience.

Spyder_Venom 11-07-2003 12:42 PM

Peryn is right, its a dead pedal and most cars have them.

bananaman 11-07-2003 12:57 PM

dead pedals are sweet. They just feel so good after constant shifting.

BooRadley 11-07-2003 01:39 PM

Let me check... what American vehicles have dead pedals?

sTghezzo 11-07-2003 10:52 PM

i perfer the old caminos

Sion 11-07-2003 11:12 PM

and the point of a dead pedal would be?

WarWagon 11-07-2003 11:17 PM

Basically a foot rest to put your left foot when its not on the clutch to keep it close by and comfortable.

ducati999 11-08-2003 01:49 AM

man in australia they keep making alot of cars they stopped here, like the gto which has been there for a few years before coming back here
