Skyline Wannabe's
I was looking through some carsite when i came upon these cars.

They look nice, regardless of whether they are authentic or not.
If they aren't authentic, what is the original car that was "kitted"? |
Honda Civic or a Mitsu ecliplse is the blue. This thing has had more plastic surgery than Pamela. Skyline tails and front end.
Acura Integra is the red. 1997-98 240sx front end, skyline tails, and a widebody kit to fit the skyline front pumper. That wide kit looks like ass, cause he didn't get the wide rims to go with it. Or not enough spacers. |

the blue car is a 2 door Honda Accord. Last years model (01)

I think they're fugly. Don't immatate a car you can't get. Just makes you look dumb.

The second car is totally gross, but the first one is alright. I'd just go with a color other than baby blue. :rolleyes:

I love the widebody fenders without having the wheels to fill the wheel well. Also, if you're gonna spend money to ~try~ to make a car look good, you might as well spend money to get a car that goes good too, otherwise you're just full of it.

at first conversions like that were artists' creations but now it's like not unique anymore... but it does look sorta good.. the integra at least.. the blue accord owner has to paint those taillights.. that's so ugly

i dont like it, nor do i approve of it, but i do applaud the time and work that went into making something like that and not ugly ricer crap like pasting type R everywhere and such.

one word: goofy. there's an accord v-6 roaming the west coast that has a "proper" skyline setup, and could probably fool most people into thinking it was one, except its left hand drive.

if anyone is looking for a "real" skyline in the US, its called the infiniti g35, or at least its based off of the skylines platform and is as close to a real car like the skyline that we will get int he US. Thank god for the STI and Evo!!!!

They might resemble Skylines, but the all wheel drive R34's TwinTurbos will trounce any other import on the road. An awsome race would be a Supra, R34, 3000 Gt Vr-4 and a TransAm for a little domestic flair to that import line up, but im a tad partial to the Pontiac's.
