Jay Leno and his ride
 

Jay Leno is well known as a car fanatic and avid automobile collector. He recently was part of a short video takeoff on the classic French film, 'C'etait un Rendez-vous'. Instead of racing wildly through Paris, Leno took the wheel of a Mercedes SLS AMG on a race around the Hollywood Hills. (Too bad the original Paris Rendezvous film is not available .)

Enjoyed it. When I was 15-16 years old I used to drive those streets for fun. First on a Honda 50 - later in a Hillman Minx (1958).

Not as romantic as the French film but enjoyable nonetheless. As a car guy myself, I'm thankful Jay Leno lets us share in his automotive enthusiasm and adventures. Thanks bobby ...and Jay.


This trip Jay made down Mulholland Dr. reminds me of this short flick called "The Great Put Down" ...one of my favorite
