"4 stroke SAE 10W-30" engine oil same as regular SAE 10W-30 engine oil?

what i'm gathering from the few posts I'm finding around the internet is I can use any SAE 10W-30 engine oil (preferably synthetic) for my 50cc moped which I purchased a few weeks ago (manual calls for SAE 10W-30, doesn't get any more specific). Yet, I've noticed that many manufacturers produce engine oil that specifically states "4 Stroke" on the bottle. So is alright to use regular engine oil instead of searching the high seas for a store that carries bottles which specifically state "4-stroke"?

thanks in advance.

4 stroke engines when properly maintained shouldn't burn oil. As long as it's the right weight, any oil will do the job just fine.

So castrol sae 10W-30, and doesn't have to say "4 cycle" because it's implied, as engine oil is meant for 4 stroke engines.. Correct?

correct... all multi-weight oil (xxW-XX) is 4-stroke oil

typically only lawn mower/small engine places are going to specify 4-stroke since they deal a lot w/ 2-strokes as well

if it is a synthetic oil use an oil for motorcyles because it doesn't have additives that may cause your clutch to slip and fail.
many motorcylists have found out the hard way that automotive synthetics are wrong for a wet clutch.

Not just synthetics... the story, as I understand it, is that some oils have a "friction modifier" additive which is good for most cases but it will let clutch material slip easier and fail faster. He is talking about a moped though which I am guessing has a centrifugal clutch which I THINK is dry. Plus he never said the manual specified anything other than 10W30.
