Coming back from the grocery store, I stumbled upon a custom car meet held outside of the local firehouse. While expecting to see the usual gaggle of muscle cars (nice, but this town is full of 'em) I was pleasantly surprised to see this instead:

Sadly, not a single one of these cars had a Ford flathead V8 under the hood.

Those are all great. Hot rods and the people that love them and will drive them and enjoy them rather than build trailer queens. Great post.

I'm sure these were all used in that old pot boiler movie..."HOT RODS FROM HELL"............wonderful collection of real hot rods!

As a result, his first choice for the part was Lance Henriksen. O. J. Simpson was on the shortlist but Cameron did not think that such a nice guy could be a ruthless killer. -From the Collector's Edition DVD of The Terminator
