something from my childhood

I found some old diary entries from my teen years. Maybe this will cheer you all up.

...okay so i'm walking down my street after school and i see this girl sitting on my front porch. i have no idea who she is. and her car is parked in our driveway and i don't notice her until i get on the driveway and i ask "uhh.. can i help you?" and she said this.

"i know you. you're the kid who goes home every night feeling the worst. you're the kid who sings to himself when he's home alone because he doesn't like silence. you're the kid who said 'i'll never be happy again.' where are you? where are you now? and while we're being realistic, you want someone who's obsessed with you."

i really didn't know what to say after that. she was sort of crazy. i couldn't think of anything to say. so i just smiled. and then i laughed. i started laughing until my gut ached because if there's one thing i hate,

it's silence.

it's nostalgia that kills people, not guns. it's those memories they will NEVER get back that makes their hearts stop beating. and it doesn't start again. i wrote this for a friend, who seemed to be down. this probably won't make you feel any better, but i'm trying. really, i'm trying.

if we just stopped thinking so much, maybe we'd be happier. maybe you'd be happier. i don't know what i am anymore. i'm not trying to fill you with things are aren't true. false ideals. sunday ideals. step 1 2 3 step.

i wrote this for a friend, who seemed to be down. this probably won't make you feel any better, but i'm trying.

really.

i'm trying

if you break everything down, there's no beauty. there's just 59 percent blue 2 percent red 39 percent green. windows RBG. it's just 100 billion pixels blown up in your face. if you break everything down, there's always a variable. the angle and wind and light exposure. so take a step back.

i hope you're listening. i hope you're speaking these words out as you're reading them. because this is going to be changed. asenders. desenders. j's and i's. e's and x's. it's like a bad dream and you never.

ever.

wake up.

That first one was really interesting. Very ambiguous and revealing at the same time.

Did you actually meet this girl or make her up?

Wow, that was really intriguing.

I have the same question as TheWalkinDude.
