Life as it is seen.
 

He was not a very good looking man. In fact, he was quite ugly. And he did not know why he had such an attraction for such a beautiful lady. She was gorgeous; top-of-the-line class. He was a nothing; a slob of the slums. But, he saw her everyday. He loved her aroma of expensive perfume and a hint of deordorant. He loved the way her hair fanned out like in the movies. She was his intangible beauty. Why was he walking up to her, to talk to her, he did not know. He tried to stop, but his feet kept on walking, as though walking an inevitable death sentence. He did not know this woman. Just her external apperance. What her favourite colour was, what ice cream she liked, if she was even dating anyone, he did not know. He was the ignorant slob of the slums. And she was gorgeous; top-of-the-line movie star.

And he decided from that point on that the rest of his life would be a lie.

Ah. I like this one. Caving in to the rest of the world is a tragic sentance...
