midnight angel
all my faults and all my dreams
collide with pain and self esteem my drinking's bad, I can't sleep at night I wait for something sweet a stranger who's got so much heart she'd kiss me lightly then we'd start to find a love that know one's found buried inside our dreams lay in bed through waking hours breath is calm and mind is sour I've learned just where to find the power it's deep inside of me my stranger comes to light the way not a moment too soon with no delay more than a friend, she's my lover and all she wants is to discover..... what's deep inside of me my love, my faith can't contemplate what to do with this new life waiting to end all my strife where's my midnight angel?
