Tech Support Haikus
I work tech support at my school... going around helping professors with various computer problems they have.
we use this helpdesk system called "Track-It!" the other day a coworker and I decided we were going to start answering the calls with haiku poems(no customers see the calls, only employees) I've written a good number now and I figured It would be fun to share them. About cables made longer cable installed longer cable done making cables may not be mobo maybe monitor issue loose cable tightened too many emails inbox is completely full told her delete emails printer paper for the lab paper delivered lab doesn't need any more all is good for now Motherboard computer rebooted twice Just wanted to let us know suspect motherboard a dell two eighty trying to take off like jet plane a dead motherboard Not in office He was not present Unable to fix problem Yellow Note was left Still not in office Try again another day will try again soon called the number only the machine answered a message was left he called us back he is going to borrow the cd install and return Printer problems The printer was shared. Restarted the host computer. Printer is working. computer was fine his printer was the problem see his printer call a cat five cable is what she needs for printer twenty feet in length cable was delivered five feet short it was it worked longer is better

yeah. I usually just make fun of people behind their backs when I am done fixing something, I don't think I have ever waxed poetic about it though... gj
