Work out play lists
Hi there,
Maybe this doesn't really go in this forum, so feel free to move it. In any event since lots of us in this forum work out... I figure maybe someone else has a play list that totally pumps them up! Post them, maybe we can all give each other some new work out tunes. Right now mine are just for cardio: Mix 1 (it's a weird one I know): Alla Luce Del Sole - Josh Groban Summer Sunshine - The Corrs Laid - Matt Nathanson Comfortable Liar - Chevelle Automatic Lover - Theatre of Tragedy Image - Theatre Of Tragedy The Warrior - Scandal Rock The Casbah - Solar Twins Nothin' To Lose - Josh Gracin Heartache In Motion - Baillie & The Boys Mix 2: Out Of Control (Spectro Remix) - Darude In My Mind (CGS remix) - Antiloop Incantation (Ferry Corsten & Robert Smit Remix) - Luis Paris Killer 2000 - ATB Gouryella - Walhalla (original mix) - System F & Ferry Corsten Ghost - Tenth Chapter Till I Come - ATB Connected (Extended) - Ayu

I don't listen to music when I lift because I don't want to lose concentration. Running is a different story, so I listen to anything on my MD. Right now it's really really assorted. I got some Ayumi Hamasaki remixes, some Janice, some Denise Ho. Those are the artists who have numerous tracks on my MD that I can think of right now.

micahel bolton. lots of michael bolton. nothing pumps me up more than 'said i loved you but i lied.'
okay, i'm kidding. kinda. i just turn on the ipod on random (which has almost all of my music collection on it even some stuff that's weird or crappy) and just as long as it doesn't suck, i let the song play. can be reggae, rap, rock, metal, etc.

Drum and Bass, more drum and bass, and yet more drum and bass.
If theres words in music, i end up getting distracted listening to them, and other repetitve music (such as trance or techno) i end up listening to also. D&B has a nice driving rythm that keeps me going, plus it's great for knocking out super fast reps. Not that i sound like a sales rep or anything, lol.

I'd hate to post a complete list here. I shuffle my iPod (got a nano a few months ago and is it ever great!). I do use lists for cardio...I like intense stuff with varied beats so I can change what I'm doing. A3, Robert Plant, Guns and Roses, Santana, Sarah M. remixes, Audioplay, Creed. I love it when I don't even think about the time for 15-20 minutes or more. I also find myself repeating some songs because the ntense feeling is there.
