Anyone have any experience with Power Plate?
The health club I go to just got two of these bad boys
The staff isn't fully trained but I did get to try it briefly today and I'm ready to sign up. It uses a vibrating plate to create a much more in depth workout than otherwise. It vibrates from 30 to 50 cycles per second. I was in a squat for 30 seconds and I could really tell it towards the end of the time. Supposedly it can provide the benefits of a full work out in a fraction of the time. I probably would only use it once or twice a week, and keep my normal routine a couple times a week also. Never heard of it. I would be suspicious of anything that promises fast results. It will be interesting to check it out.
