Goals....(with pictures!)

I've got:

<img src="http://vainpot.blogspirit.com/album/gay_san_francisco/muller_lite.3.jpg"></img>

and

<img src="http://www.planetunreal.com/identitycrisis/cabins/mikes3dsite/colourjudge.jpg"></img>

I'd like

<img src="http://www.menshealth.co.uk/images/articles/goals_biceps.jpg"></img>

and

<img src="http://www.grographics.com/fiji/0503/abs.jpg"></img>

I'd also like <img src="http://www.topworldbooks.com/images/Endurance%2021116.jpg"></img>

.. or at least enough to run/jog a mile without dying.

My goal is three months, but I'm not really sure what I should be doing or what I should be eating? I've read that I should eat high-protein things for my biceps / strength goal, and eat low calorie stuff for my cardio/abs goal. I've not been able to find anything more than anecdotal.. "well, I did THIS and it worked..." and I'm really more interested in the anatomy. So, TFP.. any medical/technical suggestions regarding what I should do or what I should eat to get the above?

I've got about $200 a month for food, I'm 200 lbs and 6'6" with a limited schedule. HELP!

I'm sure you already know but when it comes to diets, it varies person to person. It may work for one person but fail for another. It really depends on your body as a whole, so you may have to try a wide variety of diet before settling on what works best for you.

Also, I suggest that you do some workout after eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. Take walk.

Well first off, you do need some carbs. They give your body energy, and if you have no carbs your body will cannibalize the protein in your muscles for energy synthesis. Have a bowl of kellogs of cheerios in the morning, but I wouldn't say you need much more good carbs than that.

Chicken, fish, stay away from fatty foods and sugar. Don't drink ANY soda, just stick to water or fruit juice (but mostly water, fruit juice nowadays is almost as bad as soda) veggies, maybe get a vitamin supplement or something. Otherwise, just run 3-4 days a week and work out 3-4 days a week and you'll be golden. You may or may not get to where you want in 3 months, but if you make it to 3 months, you'll probably feel your life style changing and you'll just keep working out, and eventually you'll hit where you want to be.

Good luck!

The best help I can offer based on all the info you provided is to suggest that you stop drinking beer and adjust your timetable by about a year. Those guys didn't get like that in three months unless they have a personal trainer and 6 hours a day to work out.

Rome wasn't built in a day.

What kind of build are you? You said you were 200lbs 6'6" and have a beer belly? Unless you have a very slim frame, you must not have much muscle mass on you. I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to express with the second pic either, but I can tell you that you are in for ALOT of cardio my friend! I cant really do any testing over the net, but about what is your current fitness level? For protien, you should be getting about 1.8-2.2 grams per KILOGRAM of body weight, theres no need for any more than that. What you should really be looking for it cutting those kcals and upping your cardiovascular exercise to loose that gut. It is impossible to spot train, the only way you will loose that weight is through cardio. If you want arms like that guy, I'd set aside 2+ years, it looks like he has incredible muscle density. What you CAN put on, however, is lots and lots of muscle MASS! If you havent worked out too much before you can expect some pretty good gains in 3 months. The key to big size is big weight, low reps (6-8) and lots and lots of rest.

This is going to take you a lot longer than 3 months. I can tell you that.

I've been lifting weights for about 6 months on and off (I was a runner before). Naturally, it was easy for me to get better abs because my body fat was already low. In terms of arms though, they have gotten bigger, but they're not at the point that you want.

I have the exact comment of TopTamen66, at 6 and a half feet tall, 200lbs should make you pretty damn skinny, with or without muscle. I find it hard to believe you have a gut of any size worth worrying about. Good luck with your workouts, a dedicated mindset can do wonders. I'm just trying to loose the fat right now, I'll build muscle later, well maybe.
