Home Based Business
Due to a rather lengthy disablity, I have been unable to work my regular job.
What are some good, (i.e.) not scam home based business that can pull in some good money? I have read so many ads promising $5000 a week, and up but that's probably just bullshit. If it was so good, the scammers would be doing it themselves rather than selling their idea. So. let's hear everybody's opinion. Thanks |

Screw them, come up with one of your own!
First, write a 20-page "book" on the subject of writing a 20-page "book" and marketing it via cheap ads in magazines and fliers around your local area. Then market it via cheap ads in magazines and fliers around your local area. |

It's rather hard to answer this question without knowing your skill sets. What do you do for a living? What white collar jobs are you good at?

I can find you a decent remote data entry job that is flexible, but you would have to be committed to it every day (Or whatever you signed up for). Data entry is not for the faint of heart and surely something that is not going to occupy your mind in any way. That being said, we don't need people who are going to kick the tires or just plan on doing it for a few weeks / months. I would rather have people who would commit to less time / day but stick with it than someone who commits to 8 hours a day and quits in a few weeks.
Sounds to me like this would be below you and not be very fufilling at all. I don't know that I would recomend it, but thought I would pipe up just in case. You make roughly $12.00 an hour if you are ok at it and there are speed and accuracy bonuses that bring you above that.

Head over to a bookstore - there a plenty of magazines about the home-based business industry. Lots of conventions, associations, and other resources as well.

Take a look at 'Getting straight to the money' in this section. If I can be of assistance, PM me. I think this is a good one. Not a magic carpet ride, but if you are able to spend time on your computer at home, you can make money this way.
What ever you choose, good luck, and I'm sorry to hear you have a problem. But.....it could just be a blessing in disguise! |

5000 a week is definitely possible.
Now the hard part is judging a few of the opportunities out there that are not 20 page books on how to create and market your own 20 page book My side business is actually doing research in these "opportunities" and gathering people that want to know more about home based businesses that actually work. PM me and I will forward you a few of the places I've done research into and give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. After all of that research, so far, there is no such thing as a "magical" and "easy" home based business that will net you $5000/week in record time, but there are such things as home based businesses that can get you there with the normal blood sweat and tears that all other successes come from. It's just that some of them require much less blood than others

5,000 a week is possible just NOT YET
To become successful in the Internet world, you need a trendy product and a good marketing system. I've begun my own online home-based business and making 5,000 on your first week is very difficult. Scams on the Internet are so unfortunate for the victims and also for legitimate online businesses. We are all skeptical as to why strangers would give us an opportunity to prosper. The key is to watch, learn and analyze the product and the system or any opportunity you come across in life. Any type of income requires some sort of work and the rule still applies for home-based businesses. Anything that claims it will do the work for you is either a scam or an exaggerated claim. For more info email me and I'll also give you the Pros and Cons to see if it suits you. Contact John___31@hotmail.com (thats 3 underscores) Best Regards |

I was scanning along this and I have to say I've been interested in the same thing. A home based business. A legit home based business. I'm not entirely disabled. I have some neck problems and carpal tunnel. But, I've been willing to do just about anything just to be able to stay home.
I should say why I want to stay home. I have a 9 yr old that I'd like to be at home for. Being that I'm not far from the school now and I am barely making it, it'd be simpiler to be at home. Another reason is that I'm not doing very well now being at home. I'd like to be doing alot more. However, being in a area that isn't full of jobs and the income level here isn't that good, the best job I can get is a data entry clerk at 6.15$ a hour. Mind you, I'd have to pay a babysitter and everything. Well, that would eat over half the paycheck plus the bills as well. I would have to say that anything I would be able to get at home, I could do it all during the time she's at school and at night. I'm not looking for fancy, interesting or anything. Just something to be able to stay at home, pay the bills, and have extras. Dull and deary, it doesn't matter. |
