2 party check question
 

If I have a check that is made out to myself and another company (for debt consolidation) am I able to put this into an account?

Erm i don't think so but that's in english banks don't know how it works in the US, although it generally is up to the cashier in question or the banks policy. Think you just have to make a trip down there and ask them, be nice, being nice i find gets you further. Or at least it catches them of guard when you start going crazy demanding they accept your check. Good luck

Technically you will need an official representative from the debt consolidation company to sign the back of the check as well as yourself. I say technically because there is always the chance that the teller doesn't catch it and deposits it without the proper endorsement.
