Switzerland is amazing! For some reason the girls are hot and the Swiss guys don't pay any attention to them. When I was there we met a lot of them just by making eye contact and they came up to us.

i've lived in quite a few states, the best looking girls BY FAR are in Tulsa, Oklahoma. i know that sounds strange since that part of the country doesn't get much press... but south tulsa is filled with ridiculously good looking women.

honorable mention:
-austin, tx... texas is decent overall, but austin takes the cake.
-orange country, ca... the rich girls in the swanky parts of town are top notch
-southern midwest (KS, NE, IA)... i know what drakers is talking about. must be the historical german & eastern european roots, lots of slender blonde types.

international:

-japanese girls are usually very femine, slender, and well-dressed.

-italians often have the "same look" about them, but that's not a bad thing. curvy, dark and beautiful.

-never been there, but i've heard from all that who have spent time there that russian girls are outstanding.

-i've not met an unnattractive icelander. there are an unusual number of icelanders who live in tulsa. no, i don't know why that is.

The farther north you go, the better skin all the babes have; young Canadian women from the west coastand young ladies from the Pacific Northwest, tend to have gorgeous complexions. All that rain and mist moisturizes their skin, I guess. And they don't go in for tanning so much. One thing against the German women I knew is that they were so sun-crazy -- when they could _get_ sun -- that they took a lot of U/V damage early on that fair skin of theirs.

Aside from that, I'll second the Brazil/Portugal idea, because half of my family is Portuguese, and a couple of my cousins are/were exceptional, nay, memorable, examples of glorious womanhood. If you want to see prime young Porto/American women in the flesh and you live on the east or west coasts, check out the annual parade put on by your local Portuguese society; it's full of 17- and 18-year-old Portuguese beauties dressed like medieval queens.

I've been to Brazil. It's true that women there are much more open and easy to meet. (Well of course that's also true for most countries outside of the US...) However I didn't find them significantly more or less attractive than women anywhere else.

My vote is for anywhere in eastern europe.
