Bendiazapines and St johns wart?
 

is it safe to drink st johns wart tea while taking bendiazpaines like xanax? Thanks :)

I checked my drug books and didn't see anything, but they don't cover much on herbals. Also This Page from what appears to be New Zealand doesn't list BZDs as an interaction.

Curious, what is the reason you want to have the tea?

better sleep mostly. i have a hard time going to sleep unless i'm really tired

I see. If it helps you, then go for it. If you're looking into more natural stuff for sleep you may want to look at melatonin, which some studies have shown have helped regulate sleep.
