brushing noise in neck after cardio
had a serious workout with the stairmaster for abotu 1 hr, pretty intense. Anyways, when i was walking out the gym, my neck started to make a brushing noise. I also noticed that it hisses and then i can pop my neck real loud. I posted about the hissing and someone said that was normal but the brushing, that kinda bothers me. any thoughts?

Sounds like it could be dehydration. Do you only hear it yourself or do other people hear it too?
