Need Help from a pharmacist or chemical expert

Ok, So i'm having this problem where I have to pee WAY to much, like I cannot finish. I've been to the doctor and he took a full blood workup and I have to go back in about a week and a half, but I was just thinking that I have been taking these 'weight smart' vitamins and I wanna see if anyone can identify any of the ingredients in them as a diaretic (sp?), so here are the ingredients :

Long list so... =)

Calcium carbonate
Mircrocrystalline cellulose
Magnesium Oxide
Green tea extract
ascorbic acid
ferrous fumarate
croscarmellose sodium
hydroxypropyl methylcellulose
dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate
niacinamide
chromium chloride
zinc oxide
silicone dioxide
titanium dioxide
d-calcium panselenate
manganese sulfate
cupric sulfate
cholecalciferol
pyridoxine hydrochloride
riboflavin
thiamin mononitrate
polyethylene glycol
carnauba wax
folic acid
FD&C Blue No. 1 lake
phytonadione
cyanocobalamin

- ok, im pretty sure thats all of them. any help would be most appreciated!

I've run out of things to say now, so if you have read this whole thing, congratulations you get a gold star!

Your body get's rid of many excess vitamins through urine. C is a biggie in that regard. Others get processed other ways, like your through liver. You may be just getting used to them or subconciously drinking more fluids, which is probably the case.

True, and it's spelled diuretic.

I'm almost thru pharmacy school, and while I don't know off the top of my head if any of those are specifically diuretics (other than caffeine) but I'd bet they are. A lot of those weight loss crap things have something in them to make you pee more so you lose body water and get the illusion it's actually helping you lose weight. My advice? Switch to a regular vitamin. You may still pee more often cause, as stated above a lot of excess vitamins are excreted in the urine, but a standard multivitamin is going to be better for you, and can still help with weight loss simply by providing what your body needs to burn the fat.

Not bad. Only one I don't remember of the top of my head, although there are two I'm not sure about. Still, it's pretty much a garden variety multivitamin with a little caffiene for some zip and to make you pee.
