Info? You're screwed.
Try getting a silent partner that's in your immediate family, that is preferably handicapped/female/minority. Then try for a SBA loan. Grants are extremely difficult to get after 9/11 when they were reduced dramatically, and you also are competing with quite a few professional grant writers.

We're in the US. Thanks for the help. There's four of us total wanting to open a gaming store. We are not actually looking for a profit we just want to be able to pay the bills. It's more of a hobby that doesn't cost anything (as long as we break even).

I've tried to get a grant for my Lego business, but it is near impossible. Even with a large stock, business plan and verified sales. I gave up because my time and energy was better used working on the business and working a my regular job to increase the size of my stock. I set up a business account and I haven't touched my work income to grow my business in at least 6 months.
