Excellent! So did you lose weight intentionally, or was it stress\lack of eating\depression that caused it?
Either way, congrats! (asking because I have got to get to losing soon, and divorce isn't a factor)

Twiz at first it was stress lack of eating. But now it's intentional I've started eating better than I used to. I also am looking at joining a gym. I have been exercising pushups crunches and those sort of thing's. Exizldelfuego to be honest with you I know where those keys are but were to use them at I couldnt tell you. I excelled in math scince and history in school but language arts I never could get it. I was taking collage level caculis and physics in my Jr year in high school but when it comes to grammar and puctuation I suck at it. I think the majority of my problem is my teachers focused on my math and scince skills so I never learned the grammar and punc I was doing mutiplcation and division in first grade.

While it's good that you're losing weight, I just wanted to make a couple of comments: first, it doesn't matter what time of day you eat, the food gets dealt with the same way. The worst thing you get from late-night eating is difficulty sleeping. Second, you might want to plan before you join a gym. I know being a member of a gym helps some people, namely my brother, because it gives them the motivation to work out away from distractions. At the same time, there are people (like me) who can't stand gyms, either because of crowding, equipment use, or just the publicity of it, and so, despite having a free gym where I live, I've yet to use it. You might want to just invest in some dumbells and an exercise ball. Guaranteed to be cheaper, and if it fits the way you work out, you can do quite a bit with it.
