my eye keeps twitching, and it's pretty annoying, any suggestions on how to stop it?

My doc told me to load up on potassium and water for an annoying eyebrow twitch I had. Eat some bananas, see if it helps.

For the past 2 weeks I've had that too. What part of your eye(s) is/are twitching? My lower eyelid is the most annoying part for me. I'll be sure to stock up on the bananas and see how that works. I've been drinking plenty of water, so that can't be the problem.

Sleep and relaxation. Stress does that to a person, my friends and I all had that in high school. Went away after graduation.

Stress does it for me. Problem is, it's every muscle above my shoulders, not just the eyelid.

I used to get the nervous twitch in my thumb, actually, and it's migrated to muscles around my eye. Yeah, it's stress, just chill out and it goes away. Always does it for me...
