What fee's are involved in a house?
 

I'm planning to buy a house in the future during college. I need to know what I have to count in my monthly payments and etc. I want to buy the house and have about 4 roomates possibly. I'm guessing the house will be in the 400,000 range and I would have to put down about 10% which is 40k.

So far I have to pay for the loan/monthly.
Insurance? I read that its about 1500 a a year.
What else am I forgetting? I know there is more than this.

property taxes, maintenance, making sure that you can afford the payments even without roommates (it could happen)
