Did I tear it?
I was trying on my new football cleats in my house yesterday, when I slipped and slammed my knee cap into the wall. At first it wasn't so bad, but now I can't bend my right knee more than 90 degrees. Seems like the pain is coming and going. As soon as I get up to walk around the house, it gets really sore. Im wondering if it's the knee cap that is hurt, or if god forbid i did some damage under it? Any self test I can do to try and figure it out?

I've done that many a time before.
As far as it's been explained to me, the impact has jarred the muscles in the knee, and they've tensed up. Give it a nice warm bath, and try not to put too much pressure on it for a day or so. If it's still bad after that, go visit your GP. |

That's gotta suck.. Feel like a fool!? WELL U SHOULD!!!! I joke.. I've done that before.. with my soccer cleets.. I slipped n jarred my knee *hurt for a few days*.. then I put on my track spikes a few months later.. fell right on my ass godamn.. hurt my ass so much.. today I saw a playground with a zipline thing... I swung down on it and it was to low to the ground and I hurt my knee.. I'm not very smart buttt I'm learning from my mistakes.. so I guess what i'm trying to say out of all of this is I've done that before.. and it hurts.. and your only a fool if you do it 3 times.
