Personal trainer instructor course
I've been interested for a while in taking a personal trainer's instructor course. So far I have looked into Premier Training International who had a fantastic review in the Daily Telegraph about a month ago.
I just wanted to know if any already qualified personal trainers out there could tell me how high up in the fitness world these people's reputation goes. The course is 3 months long split up into basic, advance personal training and sports massage. However sports massage can be swapped for a nutrition course. Thanks. |

I have my certification, and I think it is a great idea. You will find the education valuable for the rest of your life - whether or not you decide to work in the field. I haven't heard of the group you are looking into, but from what I understand the training required is pretty standardized. I think the review you read on them should be sufficient for you to feel comfortable. It has also been 10 years since I did the course - so I wouldn't be up to date on what the process even is today. Good Luck!
