Anyone tried these things and what has been your experience?

I used Hydroxycut at one juncture when ephedra was still aprt fo the mix - it worked to reduce weight but made me so edgy I developed anxiety attacks.

Recently I tried carb blockers and had some positive results.

Anyone else?

Well, that's what Hydroxycut (and Ripped Fuel and all the rest) were about - Ephedra, Caffeine and Aspirin.

Like I said, I had anxiety with ECAs so I'm not likely to do them again.

I am interested in other people's experience with them and more particularly carb blockers.

Why would you want a carb blocker?

The key to losing weight is A) exersize, and B) nutrition. Once you have those two down, then start looking into supplements. If you have those two down, you shouldn't need a carb blocker, as you will need your carbs in order to perform your activities to their full extent.

Perhaps you could go into a little more detail as to why you're looking at a carb blocker?
