I am your one stop shop to anything you need on this subject. Why you ask? Because I had my bachelor party there and attended two others there.
I may not mave the proper time to devote to this right now, but I will give you more later today or at worst case tomorrow morning. I will give a few quick answers on the 5 questions you had above and then I will come back to give you some details on the all important subject of logistics. Strip clubs - OG / Olympic Gardens. Do not let taxi drivers talk you into other places. There are newer places out there and most of the time when the taxi driver says that you should go somewhere else, he is getting a kickback. The Girls at the OG are just breathtaking. No where has hotter women case closed. Be prepared to spend though. Casinos - this is going to depend on the folks you are with which I will get into later. There is a yin and yang of casinos in Vegas though: ability to get a table with a resonable minimum vs. quality of the clientelle. You can gamble with the "pretty people" have coherent gamblers at the table and overall classy folks, or you can gamble where you can get on a table for $5 - $10 minimums. Try to pick places that are kinda in between. Not super old or crappy (Circus Circus, Tropicana, Frontier) but not too pretty (Bellagio, Mandalay). I like the Treasure Island, maybe New York, Paris, MGM, Palms. More of a second tier if you follow. Wanna see hot women walking around but not gamble too much then hang out at the Hard Rock and the Bellagio to see eye candy. Bars This is going to sound weird, but it is a cool place. Go to the Polo Towers and got to the top floor. There is a bar there that overlooks the entire strip and you can hang out there and talk to your buds. A little pricey, but the place is really cool. If not, hanging out at the Palms or Hard Rock bars is neat. I am guessing you are not the kind of guys who can go to some "trendy" dance club and pull tail so I am leaving those fag bars out. Clubs Oh wait - I see. Ummmm these kind of places suck if you ask me. You wait in line too long, they are too loud and the women are not naked. Oh yeah - and you pay a cover and buy expensive drinks. Don't ask me about this. I would say stay the hell away locals Did you guys go to school together in College? SOmtimes you can find a bar that is like an allumni hang out. Vegas is a tranient place - no one is from there. They all move there from other places. As such, maybe you can find one of these types of places. I went to a Nebraska bar at one Bachelor party(way the hell off the strip) since my one buddy was a huge Cornhusker fan. More to come....

Gang really??? I have a condo out there... and my folks live ther. Grandma and grandpa will be moving out there soon too. I go there pretty frequently. I've not been there in a year or so, but it's a fun place.
I like to go to Binion's Horseshoe. Theres' US$1 Million in cash on display there. It's also great to go in the middle of the night aroudn 2am or so because you can play table games for US$.25 to hone your skills.

OK - here is a shot at the rest of my advice.
You have Vegas for your bachelor party. There are lots of reasons that you picked Vegas. It is the city of sin with all the hookers, strippers, gambling and general hedonism that you can shake a stick at. It is also a direct flight from just about every major airport in the country. Not too bad so far. The real reason you are in Vegas for this thing is a little more elusive. Most of the time, when a guy gets married, he spends less time with his friends. This is true even if he has the greatest wife in the world. You get involved in family things and so do your friends. It happens. So despite all the sin all around you, you change your own internal plans for the time that you have there without voicing them. While I still recomend that you all go nuts on all that Vegas has to offer you should: 1. Make a point to spend some time alone with every one of your friends. I had a five day bachelor party so that made it easier. In Vegas, you tend to split up a lot. Make sure when you do, you do not always slpit off with your best friend. Spend time with each guy who made the time to go out there for your sendoff. When you do, Ask them about their plans. Let them talk about the things that they are facing at this time. Sounds chic-ish huh? You will be glad you did. This time will be an investment in your long term friendship. 2. The Dinner. I think this is the single most important event in the bachelor party schedule. While strippers and hookers are nice - the focus of the bachelor party is your boys. Make a reservation for somewhere that fits your budget. We went to Smith and Wollensky's and spent about $110 per head for the best meal you can even imagine. I am not saying that you should do that, but I am saying that you need to spend some time that is dedicated to just yourselves and not the events around you. Try to find somehwere you will not be rushed out of and that you can spend your time wisely. I went so far as to tell my friends why they were important to me. It meant a lot and the dinner is the single most important bachelor party event there is. Trust me on this one. Well that is my two cents on this. Let us all know how it went and post some pictures.

Mondak had an awesome post. I've yet to be married, but that's what I want my bach party to be like. the BEST bach party I ever attended wasn't at a strip club, it was drinking beer around a pool, just the 5 groomsmen, talking and remembering the good times. THAT is a real bachelor party. Everyone can scream and shake their pelvises at naked strippers, but I enjoyed actual real time with my friends more than that. If you can only have fun yelling and watching strippers (NO TOUCHING!) with your friends, then....reconsider your friends... Go to a stip club and shake it down, absolutely, but cut a few hours of just 'dude' time and talk about how much you guys mean to each other ('I love you so much I'd pull your shorts down in a bar' kind of thing).

I don't want anyone to think that I am suggesting that you not spend large amounts of time gambling, boozing hard and getting boobs in your face at strip clubs. Just make sure you take care of business.
