need a good summer workout plan
well seems the gym near me has closed down, so now i cant do any weights, so ima just focus on getting ripped and cut on the abdominal area...
anyone got any tips? whats good for eating, how many times a week i should workout etc i got some tips from a friend, he said cardio is best to get abs, run for 30 minutes, and do pushups and crunches every day any other advice will help thx |

nutrition is key. without the proper protein, carbs, and fat percentages in your daily intake all the hard work you do is useless.
HIIT is a very efficient way to burn fat. that would be the first thing i would recommend reading up on. second you need to train your abs just like any other muscle. for me i train them 2 times a week with weighted crunches and leg lifts. |
what is HIIT cardio? can i get a link? btw thx for the tips...
