Alright...Let's do this!

!

I am about to go eat my last hamburger for a long time....

I have decided to get myself in shape...

A lil background....I'm an 18 year old college guy from california. I'm about 5'11 160.

I'm going to start lifting weights and running + doing all the other stuff to get a ripped stomach etc. My goal is to get to 170 lbs with a six pack. I'll be updating you guys on my progress every month...

Wish me luck....

Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated! :icare:

Holy crap dude, Good luck. I'm working on something similar. I'm addicted to mountain dew,so I'm cutting down to one can a day. When I have that mastered, I'm gonna quit carbonation completely (not caffeine though, that's a little too much to ask). Then after that is accomplished, I'm going to do a lot more cardio because I'm tryin to lose some weight too.

Good for you!

Taking supreme care of yourself physically is only for the best.Eat well, stay active, work hard, play hard and look good while doing it.
Nothing is sexier than a lean stomache or defined arms. All it takes is the motivation, which you obviously have. How bout's pinching your love handle and showing us the before picture? : )

All the best.

You don't have to quit eating hamburgers to do all that.

Just buy leaner meats, cook it yourself, and don't over do it. A lean hamburger or two every month won't kill you.

Its the people that buy hamburgers from macdonalds or whatever every day, or even a couple days a week, that get/stay fat.

But yes, good luck.

PS Don't be suprised if your weight stops dropping...don't get discouraged if it does, weighing a lot doesn't mean much..its about being able to lift alot and looking good :p

I haven't had a hamburger in...about a month, now. :D

I eat one or two "bad" meals on the weekends, though...it's actually a great way to keep me on track during the week...sort of a "reward" or whatever for sticking to healthier meals (and one meal isn't going to make a huge difference).

Good luck! :D
